一、课程性质及任务
课程性质:《新编英语教程1》是英语师范、商务英语及英语翻译等专业的一门限选的学科基础课程。
课程任务:通过该课程的学习,使学生比较系统地掌握相关的英语语法、词汇及语言的综合运用。通过对学生进行建立在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素养整体发展基础上的英语综合能力培养,培养学生良好的英语语言素质、积极独立的学习态度和规范的学习习惯,促进探究式、任务型、交际性的教学的实施,促进学生培养出独立思考的习惯、观察分析的能力、合作参与的意识、勇于创新的精神以及人际沟通的技能,最终使他们的词汇量、语法、语言交际能力等能达到英语专业四级相应水平。
